These terms govern access to TalmavoChat. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use TalmavoChat for illegal activity, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, scams, spam, privacy violations, or content involving minors. Do not attempt to bypass account, moderation, payment or technical safeguards.
Your account
Keep your login information secure and provide accurate account information. Accounts may be suspended or banned when necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement. The protected platform owner role cannot be obtained through normal registration.
Content and communication
You remain responsible for content you send or publish. TalmavoChat may process and moderate content as described in the Privacy Policy. Calls are not recorded by TalmavoChat. Other people may retain messages or screenshots they received.
Premium
Premium provides optional features for 30 days after verified payment. Current regional price and renewal terms are shown before checkout and controlled by the server. An early renewal adds time after the existing expiry. Premium is not activated by a browser redirect alone.
Recurring payment consent
Automatic renewal is enabled only when an eligible card user expressly chooses it. It can be disabled at any time without removing paid time already remaining. A new price is not charged automatically without the consent required by the displayed terms.
Deletion and retention
You may permanently delete your account in Settings. Limited payment, dispute, abuse-prevention or legal records may be retained when required, separated from the active account.
