How can we help?

For the fastest path, open Settings → Help & Support inside TalmavoChat. That keeps account and safety actions connected to the correct signed-in account.

Account access

Use “Forgot password” on the login screen. A short-lived, one-time code will be sent to your verified email address. TalmavoChat will never ask for your password or recovery code by chat.

Chats, Rooms and calls

If sending or calling stops, check the connection banner, confirm browser camera or microphone access, and use Retry. Failed Random messages are never resent into a different match.

Safety

Use Block to immediately stop direct interaction. Use Report to send a reason and brief explanation to the moderation team. In Random, the safety control is kept close to Next and Stop.

Premium and payments

Premium activates only after the payment is verified by the payment provider. If confirmation is delayed, use Check Again instead of paying twice. Contact [email protected] for unresolved payment issues.
